Founder and name partner of the Firm, he graduated in Economics and Business from "Università degli Studi di Parma" in 1995.
Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Piacenza and of the Register of Auditors since 1999. He has been member of several Board of auditors of company rooted in the territory within his career.
He is enrolled in the Register of CTUs of the Court of Piacenza.
He is registered in the list - held by the Ministry of Justice - of subjects appointed by the judicial authorities for management and control functions in procedures connected with company crises, as well as registered in the list - held by the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna - of experts in negotiated settlements for the resolution of corporate crises.

His activity ranges from issues related to business income to personal income tax, including extraordinary corporate transactions, financial planning, strategic consulting, M&A operations and international tax law.
Sole arbitrator in corporate disputes.

Trustee in bankruptcy, judicial liquidator and judicial commissioner appointed by the Court of Piacenza.
He provides assistance, also as advisor, to companies demanding access to the institutes provided by the new Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Code.

He holds the position of Councilor of the order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Piacenza, as well as being president of the Continuing Professional Training Commission since 2022 and supervisor of the Relationships with the Catholic University Area.

Dott. SEBASTIANO CAVALLI
Founder

Founder and name partner of the Firm, Sebastiano Cavalli graduated in Economics and Business from "Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore", Piacenza branch, in 2001.
Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Piacenza and of the Register of Auditors, since 2005. He has been a member of several Boards of Statutory Auditors of large companies in the industrial sector rooted in the territory. Furthermore, he was, for several years, an effective member of the supervisory authority of leading credit institutions.

He mainly focuses on corporate income, strategic consulting, M&A and restructuring operations, financial planning, and international tax law issues. Finally, he assists his individual clients in the area of generational transitions.
He also assists companies in the pre-litigation phases of tax litigation.

He plays an active role in assisting companies in the preparing appropriate financial arrangements necessary for the prevention and monitoring of corporate crisis.

He has acted as court-appointed Technical Consultant and advisor in bankruptcy proceedings.

Dott.ssa ROBERTA GRAZIOLI
Associate

Roberta Grazioli graduated in Economics and Business Law from "Università degli Studi di Pavia" in 2019.
She is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Piacenza since 2021.

She joined the firm in 2019 first as an intern, and then as an Associate.

She mainly deals with issues related to personal and real estate income, business income, and the preparation of financial statements, as well as assisting clients in their dialogue with the tax authorities.
She also deals with issues related to the accounting of companies rooted in the territory, and accounting analysis.
Finally, she assists companies in the strategic consultancy phase and in the preparation of the most appropriate financial structures.

She assists companies with the keeping of accounts in accordance with national accounting standards, dealing with related tax issues, and accompanying clients throughout all phases of the company's life.
